Flow Chart

Flow charts are the graphic representation of a set of steps or processes to follow to achieve a given objective, the representation using symbols and lines interconnected.
The flow diagrams are used in the economy and in different industrial processes, and to explain quite simply the processes, operations, management, etc. So even easier to understand than the explanations through texts or through verbal instructions, diagrams also facilitates the implementation of consultation and promotes creativity when applied to solving problems.
You can use all sorts of symbols and images to create a flow chart but there are certain symbols that are used almost universally to mean certain processes which are established in ISO standards.
.- The arrows indicate the trajectory of the process, operation, information or task.
.- The rectangles are used to represent a particular process.
.- The diamonds are used to represent a certain condition giving different exit options in case the condition is not met, the diamond also suggests that there is bifurcation.
Circles
.- Represents a connection between processes, because processes can be long it is required that the flow is divided into several parts.
Among other benefits of the use of flow charts is the fact that they are simple to conduct, there are computer programs that make it much easier and collaborate in making the show much more didactic.
